At SCOOTNGO, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. Every mobility scooter we sell is backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.

Welcome to the warranty service of our mobility scooters. This document elaborates on the details of the warranty plan, including coverage information, claim application guidelines, cancellation policies, etc.

Initial Warranty Period & Covered Products

This warranty applies only to products, parts, and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by SCOOTNGO. It covers replacement or repair in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, subject to the exclusions, limitations, and procedures explained below.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) who has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase in new condition.

Our initial warranty periods vary by model as outlined below:

  • Mobility Scooter Voyager

    • 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights).

    1-year warranty on the mobility scooter frame.

  • Mobility Scooter Lite

    • 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights).

    1-year warranty on the mobility scooter frame.

  • Mobility Scooter Comfort

    • 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights).

    1-year warranty on the mobility scooter frame.

  • Mobility Scooter Folo

    • 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights).

    5-year warranty on the mobility scooter frame.

Extended Warranty Period

If you wish to continue enjoying our warranty service after the original warranty period expires, you may purchase an extended warranty plan.

The extended warranty begins automatically once the original warranty period ends. For example, if your product includes a 1-year or 5-year original warranty, purchasing a 1-year extended warranty will add 1 additional year of coverage after the original warranty expires.

The coverage provided under the extended warranty remains the same as the original warranty, including the types of parts covered.

Note: No official warranty is provided for used or secondhand mobility scooters.
